Royal Russell U16A?4-1 Hinchley Wood

Royal Russell U16As progressed into the 8 in the country of the ESFA Elite with a good 4-1 win over Hinchley Wood.

Zac Brennan opened the scoring as he arrived late into the box to finish into the bottom corner, 1-0. Zac, Evan Newman and Dylan De Gale combined on the edge of the box for the latter to finish expertly well on the edge of the box, 2-0.

Despite being 2-0 up at halftime the team felt like they had more to give and this had to be the case as Hinchley Wood got a goal back straight after half-time, 2-1. However, we restored our 2 goal cushion minutes later. Joe Kennedy played an excellent ball in behind for Stanley Moore whose 1st time cross was turned in by Evan Newman, 3-1. Stanley Moore was once again the provider as he set it back for Dylan De Gale who took a touch and volleyed it home to finish the game off 4-1.
